Ingredients

1½ oz Gin
2 oz Kennesaw Grapefruit
½ oz Kennesaw Lime Juice
½ oz Simple syrup
2 oz Tonic water
1 oz Sparkling water

Method

Shake the gin, grapefruit, lime and simple syrup with ice.
Strain over fresh ice.
Add tonic and sparkling water; stir gently.

For a fully alcohol-free serve, choose 0.0% sparkling wine and alcohol-free ginger beer.
